Tindakan Seterusnya

Sokongan..

Tim tulis;

I am writing to confirm my strong support for Nurhidayah's PhD research on child maintenance in Malaysia and what Malaysia can learn from the practice of child support in Australia. Nurhidayah has been given an unconditional offer to transfer her PhD candidature to this University, where her research will be supervised by me and Prof Abdullah Saeed. She has already completed drafts of four out of the eight chapters proposed, and is well advanced in research and writing for her revised topic. Her proposed research here is a direct continuation of her existing research at her current Univeristy, La Trobe. It does not constitute new research and none of her work at La Trobe will be wasted by reason of her transfer. Specifically, Nurhidayah's research at Melbourne will examine child support in Australia as a comparison to the situation under Malaysian law. In doing so, it is necessary for her to do research and fieldwork here in Australia to ensure access to the relevant agencies that administer child support, and the policy-makers who designed the current scheme. In these circumstances, I strongly urge support for Nurhidayah's plan to transfer to this University. ....
